International experience in swimwear production
Taizhou Bluechip Apparel Ltd. has been developing and manufacturing high-quality swimwear for international brands for more than three decades. As a specialized production partner, we support customers from product concept, development and sampling through to bulk production.
We serve customers in Europe, North America, South America, Australia and Asia. This gives us broad experience across different market segments, styles and quality requirements.

Our facility in Linhai City, Taizhou, provides the foundation for reliable bulk production and flexible collections. Across approximately 20,000 m² of site area and 30,000 m² of operating area, we combine modern manufacturing, experienced teams and standardized quality processes.
This enables us to support smaller collections as well as larger production volumes for international brands.

Inspection of color, fabric quality, accessories and pre-production samples.
2Precision cutting
Accurate cutting according to approved patterns.
3Production control
Continuous quality monitoring during manufacturing.
4Final inspection
Checking measurements, workmanship, labels, hangtags and packaging.
Lead times
Sample development: 7–10 working days
Bulk production: 30–45 working days, depending on style, material availability and order quantity.
